Room Temperature Self-Crosslinking EVCL Emulsion

Product Overview

Zheng Bang's room temperature self-crosslinking EVCL emulsions, including 610, 620, and 630, can crosslink at room temperature without additives. The 710, 720, and 730 EVCL emulsions (containing carboxyl functional groups) require the addition of a crosslinking agent that can react with carboxyl groups to crosslink at room temperature. After crosslinking, the emulsions exhibit improved water resistance and adhesion to substrates. The emulsions contain chlorine, providing excellent flame retardancy. They are suitable for use in non-woven fabric adhesives, automotive sheet coatings, paper and fabric processing, paper impregnation, PVC lamination, flame-retardant elastic coatings, mortar mixtures, single-component woodworking adhesives, and interior and exterior wall coatings.
