Product Overview

The Zheng Bang Primary Dispersant can be added to the reaction medium at the beginning of the process, along with other ingredients. Particularly effective in the production of suspension PVC (sPVC), our Primary Dispersant provides several advantages for PVC factory output and operating costs, as well as the final quality of PVC resin including improved particle size and uniform dispersion, reduced polymer accumulation, good porosity, excellent dry flowability and fewer defects in order to arrive at a superior finished product.

Key Features

The Zheng Bang Primary Dispersant improves the plasticizer absorption rate. When this product is added to a liquid medium containing solid particles, it forms a thin and continuous film on the surface of the particles, which helps to prevent particle-to-particle contact and sticking, and promotes uniform dispersion.
During the polymerization process, the Primary Dispersant molecules are adsorbed onto the surface of the PVC particles, stopping them from coming into contact and sticking together. This creates the anti-precipitation effect which prevents PVC particles from settling and forming agglomerates or flocs, resulting in consistent and uniform particle dispersion for improved product quality and performance.
When polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) is used as a primary dispersant and is added to a liquid medium containing solid particles it can form a thin continuous film on the surface of the outer portion of the particles. This film helps to prevent the particles from coming into contact with each other and sticking together, which promotes uniform dispersion throughout.
When you use this Primary Dispersant, the PVC resin particles produced are more spherical in shape, with high porosity and a small decrease in apparent density, resulting in excellent dry flowability. The particle size distribution of the produced PVC is also narrow, with a small amount of unqualified particles.
