Product Overview

MS1600 is a specialized homopolymer polyvinyl chloride resin paste that uniformly disperses additives like plasticizers, stabilizers, and thickeners. Its versatility makes it ideal for various applications including molded products, dip coating, and coated molding, like gloves, rain boots, toys, synthetic leather, and flooring. MS1600 stands out for its stable paste formation, durability, impact resistance, weathering resistance, and adhesion. Its widespread use spans industries like manufacturing, construction, and automotive, meeting precise molding and coating needs.

Key Features

Derived via micro-suspension polymerization, MS1600 paste resin demonstrates reduced viscosity when converted into a paste, allowing efficient deaeration and yielding a paste with minimal foaming tendencies.
MS1600 boasts intrinsically low viscosity, maintaining its viscosity even after being transformed into a resin paste and left to stand for 24h or 48h. This attribute guarantees a minimal thickening rate, bolstering processing stability.
MS1600’s wet coating film and resulting dry film exhibit a complete absence of pinholes. This quality is particularly advantageous for processing thin products, ensuring a flawless finish.
