BJ-65 and BLJ-65 are polyvinyl chloride resins with a particle size of 20-40μm and micro-particles that appear as semi-transparent crystals. When added to resin paste, they play a stabilizing role and help reduce the paste’s viscosity. Highly versatile, these resins offer a range of processing and performance advantages, including improved flowability, stability and defoaming properties, which can help manufacturers achieve better quality and efficiency in their production processes.

Key Features

Zheng Bang’s BJ-65 and BLJ-65 are solid semi-transparent particles that, when added to resin paste, prevent plasticizers from penetrating into their interior. This characteristic is what results in low oil absorption properties, which helps the particles remain stable over time.
When blended with adhesive resins, BJ-65 and BLJ-65 reduce and stabilize the viscosity of the resin adhesive, and improve its flowability and defoaming. They do not swell with plasticizers, and instead, their non-oil-absorbing nature allows them to create additional space for plasticizers within the paste, resulting in improved flowability.
BLJ-65 is a copolymer of VAM (Vinyl Acetate Monomer) and VCM (Vinyl Chloride Monomer), with a lower gelation temperature compared to BJ-65. This allows for lower baking temperatures during the gelation process, reducing the volatilization of plasticizers and subsequently lowering VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds) emissions in the processing environment.
BJ-65 and BLJ-65 are capable of partially substituting adhesive resin, and are used extensively in the manufacturing of artificial leather, floor coverings, wallpapers, plastic toys, bottle cap liners, automotive chassis coatings and welding coatings for vehicle components.
