To achieve this goal, we are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Annual Sales Planning and Execution:

  • Develop and execute the company's annual sales plan based on customer needs within our existing client base.
  • Break down and set specific sales targets for each business manager.
  • Monitor and enforce sales policies and strategies, guide business managers in sales skills, and ensure the timely achievement of sales targets.

Sales Collection:

  • Approve shipment orders based on customer payment terms and creditworthiness.
  • Continuously follow up with business managers on outstanding payments to ensure they are within normal ranges.
  • Analyze monthly customer payment statuses and accounts receivable information, guiding business managers to improve
  • collections to achieve monthly targets.

Sales Expense Control:

  • Control the department's sales expense budget in line with the company's sales tasks.
  • Ensure that business managers strictly adhere to expense budget indicators.
  • Review the reasonableness of transportation and travel expenses.

Approval of Sales Prices and Contracts:

  • Review and approve sales prices for various customers based on their sales budgets, our procurement costs, and their original procurement prices.
  • Focus on quality responsibilities, settlement terms, and breach of contract clauses in contracts to mitigate legal risks.

Analysis and Response to Exceptional Orders and Collections:

  • Supervise the analysis of the causes of exceptional orders each month and follow up on subsequent actions.
  • Ensure timely awareness of normal customer usage.
  • Collaborate with business managers to determine strategies and targets for collecting outstanding payments from exceptional customers.

Customer Relationship Maintenance and Management:

  • Regularly visit key customers to monitor and guide business managers in their regular visits and follow-ups.
  • Stay updated on customer production issues and business conditions.
  • Assist technical personnel and relevant departments in handling customer objections and complaints to enhance customer satisfaction and build long-term, stable relationships.

Market Development:

  • Understand customer demand dynamics based on the company's business development strategy and sales department goals.
  • Guide business managers in exploring potential customers and tracking customer development to achieve continuous market share growth.

Sales Information Management:

  • Organize the collection of customer raw material supply information, price changes, product market trends, and key competitors' sales and marketing strategies.
  • Analyze and forecast market information, develop shipping and collection policies, and sales strategies, and report to company leadership promptly.
  • Supervise Timely Updates and Improvement of Customer Records:
  • Ensure that customer information is complete and provide a foundation for developing sales strategies.

Sales Team Building:

  • Develop recruitment, training, work task allocation, and business guidance for team members.
  • Establish performance assessment goals and regularly communicate performance evaluation results.
  • Help team members improve their work performance, enhance team cohesion, and promote teamwork.
  • Strictly Follow Company Management Processes:
  • Actively coordinate and cooperate with various departments.
  • Complete Other Assigned Tasks on Time.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry or related fields, with a focus on chemical engineering or polymer materials.
  • Prior experience in the chemical industry, with a preference for candidates who have sales experience in PVC processed products or related fields like adhesives, plywood, composite panels, furniture, or plastic granules.
  • Understanding of domestic PVC manufacturers, production capacities, reactor structures, and differences in polymer feed methods.
  • Strong adaptability and the ability to quickly grasp the performance, parameters, applicability, and selling points of new company products.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to understand customer psychological needs.
  • Hardworking and dedicated with the ability to adapt to frequent business travel.
