On July 8, 2016, Vice Governor of Yunnan Province Dong Hua, Member of the Provincial Government Party Committee Li Zhengyang, Deputy Secretary-General of the Provincial Government Sun Tao, Chief Engineer of the Provincial Industry and Information Technology Commission Shang Wei, Guo Xilin, the District Head of Xishan District, and Bao Wensheng, Director of the HaiKou Industrial Park Management Committee, led a delegation to visit Yunnan Zhengbang Technology Co., Ltd. The visit was attended by Chairman of the Company Wang Shouyuan, Vice General Manager and Deputy Commander of the VAE Project Wang Manqing, Du Shuzhong, Factory Director of the HaiKou Factory, Vice General Manager Liu Dingwen, and others.
After listening to Chairman Wang’s report on the development history of Zhengbang Technology, the production process of the VAE project, technological talents, product research and development, industrial development direction, and the challenges faced, the delegation visited the central control room, joint production unit, tank area, wastewater treatment plant, ground flare, three-layer coextrusion PE packaging barrel workshop, and the PolyCentric Technology Center. Dong Hua highly praised Zhengbang Technology for its achievements in corporate upgrading, technological innovation, environmental protection, and contributions to Yunnan’s industrial development. He hoped that Zhengbang Technology would seize the opportunity, further improve its development positioning, comprehensively deepen reforms, strengthen capital operations, increase openness and cooperation, enhance market marketing, and improve market development capabilities. He also encouraged Zhengbang Technology to play a greater role in Yunnan’s rapid development.
He urged the company to carefully analyze its strengths, favorable conditions, opportunities, and challenges, choose its position in industrial development and the overall industrial chain, achieve twice the result with half the effort, adapt to different market demands and intelligent development, pursue high-quality positioning, and highlight the characteristics of special specifications. Dong Hua, the Vice Governor, stated that the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government would strongly support the development of private enterprises, and Zhengbang Technology should rely on the support of the local government to formulate industrial development plans and vigorously promote the development of key industries, playing a key role in optimizing and upgrading the industrial structure.
Vice Governor Dong Hua also emphasized three points. First, the company should firmly focus on its development strategic goals, further strengthen confidence in development and reform, seize opportunities, overcome difficulties, and effectively manage production, operation, safety, and environmental protection to create more economic benefits and contribute to local economic development. Second, the company should fully leverage its strengths, rely on technological innovation, rely on project construction, integrate excellent technical forces, accelerate the progress of technological transformation, and continuously improve the company’s overall process technology level. The company was also asked to actively communicate and coordinate with relevant departments at higher levels. At the same time, the province, city, and district were urged to fully support key project construction, provide the best service guarantee for the project, and vigorously promote project construction work, striving for the early completion and production of the project to make a positive contribution to the rapid and healthy development of the local economy. Third, the company should focus on the future, strengthen technical exchanges and cooperation, start and promote deep processing projects, further extend the product industry chain, and maximize economic and social benefits.
Before leaving, Vice Governor Dong Hua instructed that, under the premise of ensuring safety, productivity should be formed as soon as possible, and he expressed his intention to visit Zhengbang Technology again after the project is successfully completed!
